UI/UX Designer (full time or contract)

Seeking a contract UI/UX designer for revolutionary native Windows,native OS X, web 2.0 and iPhone UI/UX consumer applications.

Required Skills:

Must have very strong usability sensibility, intuition and experience. Web-based digital portfolio and examples of in-use UI/UX designs – across two or more different platforms – are a requirement. Artistic UI ability important, but top shelf usability and UX skills with consumer focus will be most decisive factors. Adobe Creative Suite expertise is a prerequisite. Some interactive design experience (desktop applications, HTML, Flash, etc) a plus. Along with your resume, include as many portfolio links and attachments as needed to highlight your experience and abilities.

Core Developer, RoR and C++

Our application hosts WebKit (Chrome) as a browser object in a Windows executable and communicates with our SaaS application. At install, we interrogate the environment and install appropriately. Continuing to stay currently in a constantly evolving environment is one of many significant challenges this role owns.

Required Skills:

• We are looking for someone with experience hosting WebKit (Chrome) as a browser object in a Windows app
• 3-5 years experience developing in C++ on Windows
• 2-3 years experience developing RoR application for a SaaS based service
• 2-3 years experience with scrum and agile process

Senior RoR Developer

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years experience developing RoR application for a SaaS based service.
• 2-3 years experience with scrum
• Must consider yourself an experienced LAMP developer, and must be able to back that up
• Some experience with front end technologies including, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, CSS, etc, is a plus

Outlook Developer (contract)

We need someone experienced in building outlook plugins with a superior sense for user interface.

Required Skills:

• Proven, referenceable, experience building plugins for Outlook 2000 through 2010, and Outlook Express
• 2-3 years experience working in a Scrum/Agile software development environment

Our preference is for an on-site developer but we can deal with someone working externally. As with all positions, you must be located in the Greater Seattle area.

Test Lead (contract)

We are looking for an experience lead to define and implement our testing plan and architecture. Responsibilities include planning, execute, coordinate and manage a variety of test strategies including, Black box, white box, and Performance testing for multi-tiered application. You will define a test strategy, write scripts and measurement criteria, then contribute to guiding the rest of the company through a structured testing process. Contract position.

Required Skills:

• Expert level tester with 5-7 years of experience in major commercial software environment
• 3-5 years’ experience working with Agile development processes
• Some experience with Ruby on Rails is desirable
• BS in computer science of equivalent
